We are happy to share some updates taking place at our gym, aimed at elevating your training experience. In response to popular demand and to expand our class offerings, we have added new classes and made adjustments to our schedule. Read on to learn about the updates and how they can benefit you.
Youth Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 8-14): Starting this week, we will be offering Youth Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages 8-14 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30pm. This class provides a fun and supportive environment for young practitioners to learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, develop self-discipline, and build confidence.
Muay Thai (Clinch) Class: We have made a modification to our Monday evening class. The Advanced Muay Thai class at 7:30pm will now focus specifically on Muay Thai clinch. This adjustment allows participants to delve deeper into this specialized aspect of Muay Thai, refining their skills and expanding their knowledge.
Please take note of the updated class schedule:
- Mondays and Wednesdays:
- 4:30pm: Youth Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 8-14)
- 7:30pm: Muay Thai (Clinch)
